Can anyone with experience in poe help build me a tanky witch with early to mid game budget in mind [ around 30C? ]. Tried finding but couldn't find any that is what I'm looking for. I might be considering going the Occultist ascendacy as energy shield seems pretty interesting [ maybe throw in block? ]
