Breasts getting sucked into the body

I've had this problem in the past, but normally it worked itself out, but this time it seems to be sticking around. No matter how I rearrange mods or uninstall/reinstall mods it doesn't seem to fix anything. Every time a female character moves, her breasts get sucked into her body rather than bouncing around. I'm having a hard time figuring out what's causing this since there are only a few mods installed that could possibly be conflicting.

 

These are the only mods I can think of that could possibly cause the problem:

 

- XPMSE

- HDT Physics Extension

- HDT High Heels System

- Realistic Ragdolls & Force

 

That's it. And the mod that is probably being conflicted with is All In One HDT Animated Pussy 3.3 which is what has the breast/butt physics. When I last played a modded Skyrim I used Mod Organizer and that let me move the mods without ESP files around in the load order and that tended to solve a lot of issues. Now I've switched back to Nexus Mod Manager because Mod Organizer is just way too cluttered and there are far too many mods to the point where it takes forever to scroll through it. The problem with NMM is that, in the active load order, it doesn't show non-ESP mods so I can't move those around to solve conflicts.

 

Don't suppose anyone has any ideas on how I could solve this without going through hours of trial and error? As much as I'd like to go back to Mod Organizer, it just isn't very organized and it doesn't separate activated mods from the inactive ones.

You need to make sure that XPMSE (skeleton) is installed last and overwrites everything (specifically Realistic Ragdolls).  Frankly that was the great benefit of MO - could move the XPMSE as the highest priority in a single move.  Haven't used the newer NMM (with profiles) but again, make sure XPMSE is installed last and overwrites all.

anyone know why ECE's young nord seems to either have crushed breasts when ducking or crash when switching from male to female? the other female model i used worked fine with HDT BBP.
