[Solved] deleted fallout 4 ini and unique character stopped working

So i deleted fallout 4 ini due to long load order and my unique character stopped working. I can still see the folder, but the game just dosent import texture nor mesh (for nake body) from it.

I seem to recall we suppose to enable something in fallout 4 ini right?

edit: i just need to put the unique player esp in the lowest load order.
