Going back to Oblivion

so after about 5 years I decided to try a spell into oblivion

 

im looking at obviously graphics enhancement mods at the moment

 

but as my old mods are OLD now whats the best patch for oblivion+shiv+nights off steam.

Oblivion Reloaded is very nice. Just updated to version 5 about 4-5 days ago.
