Nuka world pack armor is samurai armor?

Looking closely at the red colored pack armor it is actually samurai armor but looks so screwed up. The gauntlets and boots cover so little area and the chest part is asymmetrical and sloppy like they found some big japanese culture museum and ransacked it for armors then threw a bunch of crap on whatever they found. I guess this means we won't see any kind of clean or un molested samurai armor from beth. I'm starting to think that nuka world was meant to be mothership zeta content and some other stuff just thrown together so they don't have to write mothership zeta.
