Pause SexLabs Animations?

Hello. How do i pause an animation in progress? I would like to get the positions as close as possible for screenshots, but them moving is a pain.

 

I have tried using "tfc 1" And it freezes everything, but the action is still going on in the background. And after some time they just stand up. (as if the animation has come to its.....conclusion. )

 

I have also used "SLAnimation speed" but it doesn't slow it down to a stop. (Unless i have to use the uncapped increase/decrease speeds.)

 

Anyways that's my question. First world issues, i know.

Not easy (and for sure not possible by default.)

 

The SexLab animations have two components to be considered:

1) The actual HKX animation that cannot be stopped

2) A timer that will move to the next stage/animation when the current one ends (by time.)

 

Now, technically is possible to build something that will make the stage timer to be endless, and use the Speed Control to slow it down enormously.

But all has to be developed.

Well i don't mind waiting. I'm sure some clever person will make it down the road. For now i will just use SLAnimation speed tool. Maybe i will try using the uncapped keybinding. See what happens. XD

Try using the "sgtm" console command to slow down time, "sgtm 0.1" for example, haven't tried going lower than that. "sgtm 1" is default.

What you are asking for is already built in.

 

Open the Sexlab MCM Menu BEFORE the sex act starts. On the "Animation Settings" page turn off the "Auto Advance Stages" option.

 

Now for sex acts involving the player each stage of the sex act will keep playing until you press the space bar to advance to the next stage. That should give you plenty of time to get the alignment as close to perfect as you can make it.

 

If the player is NOT involved in the sex act you can gain control of it by placing the cursor on one of the participants and pressing the "N" key.

 

You can release control of that sex act by pressing the "N" key again.
