Sexlab utility, need help to create a equip effect

So after watching a gif from the post your sex screenshots section I wanted to try to use the Wet & Cold  frigid breathing effect with sexlab utility to equip it during sex/orgasm

 

But im totaly stuck on how to do it, Funnybizness did a similar thing with the Zaz pack to make cum drip from the mouth

 

However I have no idea of how to proceed, managed to extract the nif files from the bsa but that's it, no clue of what to do now

You need a few things, and this involves CK and scripting.

 

1) Track the orgasm event in sexlab

2) When the event is sent, get the actor and apply a spell to it (spell has to be created)

3) The spell adds a magic effect (to be created) that will apply the "nif"

4) The nif probably is an armor, so you need to create an armor and an armor addon using the nif and textures. It will be attached "OnEffectStart" and removed "OnEffectEnd"

If you're talking about SexLab Util1 then Funnybiz used the equiphelmet ini file, but replaced the reference to the helmet with the reference to the cum. The cum was a nif file - if you read through FunnyBizness's posts he explains quite well what he did.
