Rudy ENB 3.0.f (308) for URWL has seam down middle of screen?

Got it all installed and works great!  However I seem to have this strange seam down the middle of my screen after installing the  Rudy ENB 3.0.f (308) for URWL.
Have all the ini's and requirements double checked, but I'm stumped.

Look at the water right above the bridge.  The seams there indoors and outdoors.  Tried turning off SLI and still the seam.

Ideas?  Thanks!
