PAHE repacked, enslavement not working? (can't enslave any npc's)

So I installed the newest repacked version of Paradise halls (checked the requirements and everything), a mod where you can enslave just about any npc you want but it seems like the mod isn't working properly for me because I can't enslave any npc's. Here's an example.

 

(How it's supposed to go as of PAHE repacked 0.1g)

-I enslave someone when they are bleeding out

-they stay bleeding out until I talk to them where I will only have 2 dialogue options both of which lead the npc to enslavement.

-the npc is my slave, I get the "Okay slave" dialogue and other PAHE dialogue options.

 

(What happens with my current install 6.2.2)

-Npc bleeds out

-I enslave them, and they stand up

-They don't have the 2 dialogue options for enslavement but instead they act like regular non violent npc's, without any of the other PAHE  related dialogue

-They just continuously run off while saying "Mercy", (which I can't do anything about considering if I talk to them I don't get the PAHE dialogue options)

 

I have all the requirements and pretty sure I have installed it all correctly

How do i fix this?
