Trouble shooting skyrim

This is normal skyrim:

 

 

 

Travel through portal normal:

 

 

 

Now returning to skyrim through portal skyrim screen all fucked and can't use any keys etc.. 

 

 

 

 

So anyone know a fix for this or why it is even happening ?? i can't move correctly i can't fastravel saving dont work and i can't view inventory anymnore
