Best NPC (cannon or mod follower) to be a Dominatrix?

So, there are several mods out there that allow you to play as a submissive character to a chosen companion (Petcollar being the best example I've seen), and I'm looking for suggestions on who would best complement those mods as a Dominatrix-type follower!  I'm happy to look at both characters from the default game or custom followers from Mods! Exotic types (blue-skin, green hair, covered in fur, etc.)are my personal preference, but I'm open to all suggestions!

I would say for a vanilla NPC Haelga in Riften is your best best. If you visit her room in the bunkhouse you will see what I mean....lot of leather straps, honey and a horker tusk. I think she even got shackles mounted on her bed.
