The only issue I really had was having to update my MC Command Center and MC Woohoo.

The only issue I really had was having to update my MC Command Center and MC Woohoo. my problem is I cant buy it as my other sims games were downloaded by my little brother, cracked version, so I`m not sure if it will work if I buy it or do I have to wait for the cracked version, I hope I wont have to buy the whole packaged games lol

I would imagine you can still buy it. I don't believe it goes off of a license number or anything.
