Missing penises

Most male characters in my game work absolutely fine, but for some reason Mikael the bard in Whiterun along with a couple of others that don't come to mind right now are having a couple of issues. Namely, they are always naked, and they just have a hole in their groin. Sex scenes don't give them a cock either, so I know I must have mucked up something while modding the game, but I can't think of why it would only affect a couple of charaters when almost all the other males are fine.
