My skyrim game is ALWAYS crashing after 20-30min of playing.. Or i get some kind of random CTD.. Ive looked online for everything but havent been able to find a single fix.. I have tried to get rid of some mods in my load order so for different characters i have different mods.. Which STILL hasnt fixed the issue.. If i fast travel i seem to crash too I have used LOOT to clean all the dirty mods and i constantly use a save cleaner to get rid of orphan files
My specs are

This is a common problem most people don't know about, XPMSE esp needs to ALWAYS be loaded last in load order (except when it comes to patches made after it, or if you're using a race with it's own custom skeleton). Also you're using Wet and Cold, which is very script heavy on the game's engine and can increase the use of memory, which might be causing your crashes. Using ENBoost might help you also, since it's useful when it comes to memory efficiency and such. You should also download the Crash Fixes mod from Nexus incase you haven't already. Just don't forget, less is more. Try to bring down those script intensive mods, no matter how much you may want them, you have to make a compromise.

LOOT may give you the best (basic) load order for esp's, but if you use TES5Edit it would tell you what's conflicting or whatever the error that's causing your crashes. Making a Merged Patch also helps (with TES5Edit), including making Bashed Patches with WryeBash. Also just 'cause you delete orphan scripts from mods (even while you still have those same mods installed), the orphans will still return, especially if you remove the mod from your save file without properly uninstalling it mid-game. Scripts are very hard on Skyrim's engine, it's just way too outdated to handle too many scripts at once. Another thing to note is NEVER make any unnecessary edits to your Skyrim.ini files, for example the Papryus values. That'll cause more problems. Hope I helped in the slightest.

Well, yes, you're running quite some graphic intense and also script intense mods. My machine shurely wouldn't make it in this combination - but on the other hand yours is far better.

Let's take the crash on fast traveling apart for a moment and assume it#s a different problem - If it crashes randomly after half an hour of playing first thing to check would be hardware - temperature of graphic card and cpu. Some systems tend to become instable at a certain temperature - no need to reach temperature limits, no question of specifications. Some mainboards will do, some not - not a question of manufacturer or prize or type. When dealing with data processing on this level, where they count thickness of conductors in atoms - it happens you stick the same parts together twice - one machine will work under certain conditions the other not. I learned this from an engineer developing chips for cellphones now for more than 30 years. The behavior of such complex systems isn't that exact one would expect.

So it would be necessary to check if this randomly crashing after some time is related to something in the enviroment - many posibilities: does some backround task start, is there some app checking something every half an hour, are there periodical services starting, some online request  for updates. System usage at crashing time, and - as said - temperature of graphics card, mainboard and cpu.

To my knowledge it doesn't make much difference if you use dual or quad core for skyrim. It's possible to get one or two cores overheated while other cores do almost nothing.

I'm afraid - to track down the error will be time consuming. You could also deactivate the mods one by one till the crashing disappear. but then you won't know if it's a performance issue or a mod related issue.

Maybe it's better to check out first, who does the work while playing - the usage of cpu, graphic cards etc. If some component does all the processing work even the best system can easily be brought to it's limits. Computer deal with the distiribution of tasks - a high end pc can only be high end if software makes use of multhreading and assigns the work to do to the different components. And to my knowledge Skyrim isn't pretty good in doing this.

And one of the surprising things is that sometimes overall pc performance doesn't count much - you get the same issues on much better machine because software doesn't make use of the advantages those machines offer.

I got rid of the mods you told me to get rid of and moved XPMSE down.. But once i got the ENB stuff my game became super dusty and dull and was no longer the bright vibrent Skyrim my game was.. I really hate the look and dont understand how to fix it :/ I have ENB boos and ENB Series both downloaded and inside my skyrim folder

1 - Are you using 'Crash Fixes', the mod on the Nexus? If not, then get it.

2 - Are you using ENBoost? If not, then get it.

3 - Do you autosave? If so, stop doing it.

4 - Do you run your timescale below 30? If so, get ready for crashes. I've come to realize that Skyrim and certain mods do not like if your timescale is too low. I set my timescale to 5 (used to set to 1 but that's too unrealistic based on how big Skyrim is supposed to be) and for certain places/quests I HAVE to set my timescale back to 30 otherwise it's a guaranteed crash (i.e. when trying to enter DB's headquarters, when trying to do the quest in Mistwatch, etc.). Fast-travelling also crashes a lot irregardless of mods. Even in Vanilla fast-travelling seems to be prone to CTDing. This is specially true to Whiterun, Riften and Windhelm for some reason (at least in my case).

5 - Have you cleaned your official mods and the ones LOOT tells you to clean? If not, do it.

6 - Get OneTweak for borderless windowed. That seems to increase stability for most people who use it.

7 - Your load order is full of script heavy mods. Make sure that none of them are conflicting and try to optimize then as much as possible by disabling things you don't use in-game on their MCM menus. Also, I don't see a Bashed or Merged Patch. Those are ESSENTIAL to people who run load orders with lots of mods in them.

In the ENBoot's enblocal.ini, make sure that the highlighted line is set to true. Mine says false because I use an ENB. You want the memory patch without the visual change, so yours should say true.

Did you follow I Can't Believe it's Not ENB's instructions for making it compatible with ENBoost?

You have to rename the SweetFX dll and replace the Proxy to make it work together.

Ok thank you so much you seemed to have fixed my skyrim by telling me what to do.. I was able to walk from falkreath to solitude without a single crash ! usually i get the purple texture or my game crashes if I walk around too much but this seemed to fix it.. now I only have 1 other issue heh... It seems that all the fire from my game has disappred after doing this fix, So my torches no longer have flames fire ptis to light up towns and my magic seems to also be messed up, the fire isnt there and Bound sword seems to be invisible from time to time too.. I verified my game cache but that didnt fix anything (IT never has in the past)

And there is also a picture of when my game was getting the texture errors before this fix but hasnt happend yet and was able to play a solid hour with no skyrim issues !
