I was at the point where everything seemed to work fine so I decided to merge all my followers and weapon/armor mods into 2 separate ESPs to save some space for future additions. I created W&A Merge.esp and Followers.esp by using MergePlugins Standalone. Next, I made a PerMa patch followed by Sheath Redux patch. I rechecked that everything should be fine. I also noticed that, weirdly, some of the mods that are activated in my order, like Customizable Camera simply do not work in the game, despite being activated in the load order. Manually replacing the "afflicted" ESPs seems to fix them and make them re-appear in the MCM menu in game. Still, I'd rather prefer to avoid having to re-check every single mod if it's working or not. TLDR: After some fiddling, mods don't work/appear in MCM despite being activated and (probably) in the right load order.

I see that you have something called JaxonzUtilities.esp but I'm not sure if that's the same thing, but I guess it doesn't hurt to try the mod that I linked you to. Good luck. If that doesn't work then it's possible somewhere in the merging/patching process some mods no longer appear on MCM.

This is quite an interesting mod, I will give it a shot but it's probably not this. For example, I noticed TK Dodge mod was not displayed in MCM but its features (mainly the double tap dodge animation) did not work. I'm in the process of re-placing all the ESPs manually. What wakes me wonder is the reason why this is happening. I still have no idea what might have modified all those ESP files to render them useless. Another thing is that there's no rule to the affected files - it seems to be completely random.
Critical Posted September 9, 2016 Author Posted September 9, 2016 I ran more tests. It doesn't seem to be a problem with the ESPs themselves but with the mods' scripts. Something somehow must have influenced them. I was able to bring back mods by reinstalling them completely. This doesn't bode well for my current installation. There's still no indication to what scripted mods were affected and which ones weren't and why.
