do u think someone will ever make a mod for skyrim which lets the dragonborn speak with voice acting. seems impossible.

Yes, there were a couple of mod enabling "random" comments for the player.

But the technical implementation is problematic, because Skyrim engine does not allow the player to be voiced.

 

They (both of them) added an invisible actor that was always on the same spot of the player that was actually using the dialogues.

Also it's a horrible idea.
