Need Some Help~

Hello! I just recently bought a copy of Skyrim and wanted to start modding asap, but I'm very confused as in where do I even start? 
 
I started modding Oblivion back in 2012 and I remember that there were a lot of custom races, body types, and etc. But now in Skyrim, I can't seem to find a mod with races I'm looking for or body types for that instance.
 
Here are some examples of what I mean: 
 
This body type, face (race?), hair and that glossy skin texture:

 

 

 

 

Can someone tell me how to get those presets and or individual mods for the body type, hairs, face, glossy skin textures.

 

Back in Oblivion I loved a body type called Manga body, I'm looking for something similiar to that here in Skyrim as well.

I just need a list of the mods I would be needing to install to get those types of races, faces, body types and skin textures.

 

Don't think you guys need to know this but I got a gtx 970 so I don't think modding will be an issue.

The body looks like SeveNBase to me. I might be wrong because I don't play females, but it's at least close.  

I'm not sure about the textures but you can give Fair Skin, SG Skin and Sky Female a try. I use SG in my game and it's nice. 

For the gloss you can try Sporty Sexy Sweat if you like really glossy/wet look. The the first picture looks like it has a lot more to do with the ENB and it's effect on the skin textures being used than anything. If you want the same kind of look, you'll need an ENB.

 

As far as race goes, who knows what race they are. More than likely they are vanilla races and mods like Adorable Face, Pretty Face and/or Asian Doll Face have been used to make them look more anime. There may be presets for the kinds of faces you're after. Look in Nexus in the Hair, Body and Face category or on here, maybe.

Isn't there a mod to make the character yourself? I've seen some mods with a ton of body sliders and face sliders like mouth, eyes, nose etc, and for body like the height, build, size of breasts and butt. Is there anything like that?

Racemenu is what you are looking for, for the sliders for hair, face, chin, eyes, and such, though enhanced character edit is also an option.

 

You might also want to have a look at bodyslide, specifically the uunp settings, as I think there is a preset for the manga body in there, though it could be the cbbe sets not too sure.  Even if there are not you can use bodyslide to make the body the way you want it, and if the armour sets you get have bodyslide files included they can be made to fit the body you create automatically.

 

Skin textures its probably worth taking at look at fairskin.

 

There are also threads here on how to make nice looking characters, most of them include details on what mods you need for it, you could also take a look at this place, its mostly face presets for racemenu, but it does say which body textures and other stuff are required for the preset which may give you somewhere to start http://skypreset-warehouse.eu/

 

If you are not on a limited down load, then grab the various textures, face stuff, racemenu, bodyslide presets, find a nice well lit indoor or outdoor location save there, and play around till you get what you want.

 

Edit, it might be worth having a look through these posts as well some of the earlier post may well be pointing to obsolete or no longer available stuff, but the general info should still be useable.
