XPMSE and CBBE Followers Help

Hey everyone,

 

Not sure where I should be posting this as it covers a lot of topics. Basically, I use XPMSE and CBBE but I am having issues getting them to work properly with followers/elderly people.

 

I use Bodyslide and have managed to get my cbbe bodies and armors to work with most NPCS except for followers and the elderly. For example, when my follower has armor on, they have the bodyslide edited cbbe body and the physics work properly. The clothed elderly however have their vanilla bodies with no working physics.

 

When I remove their clothes both just use the vanilla bodies with working physics. And when using Sexlab animations, both use the vanilla bodies with no physics.

 

I am aware that followers use different bodies that are not supported by CBBE. But I did not think the elderly did as well. Do both use a different skeleton as well? What do I need to get the basic naked body for my followers to be the CBBE I want, if this is at all possible?

Someone messaged me and to clarify, when using sexlab, it looks like neither XPMSE and physics nor Caliente's CBBE are working for my follower (Lydia). I have tried replacing Lydia's skeleton and femalebody 0 and 1 .nif files with ones given in the mods and nothing seems to work

I don't know too much about modding, so take this with a grain of salt.

 

It might behoove you to switch out CBBE bounce and jiggles with an actual HDT physics mod. I have CBBE, bodyslide, mature skins and HDT and everyone has everything working on them like they should. The only issue I ran into was custom follower appearances (the BIJIN line and BTRH Waifu) not jiggling when naked, and that was as simple as replacing the skeleton in those mods with the skeleton that comes pre-defined in Bodyslide and Outfits, CBBE+HDT version.

Thanks for the advice. I'll try switching out the CBBE bounce mod. I like it though because it also gives breast and belly collisions with hands for me and all npcs :I

There's a mod that works with the HDT physics engine here on LL that probably has what you're looking for. Search for the All-In-One HDT Animated Vagina.

 

I actually just finished installing it, so talk about coincidence lol.
