What mod is adding this while talking to a lot of NPC's?

Often when I talk to an NPC I get this. It doesn't really do much except say hi to each other but it does break quests. For example: I can't fix his leg, and the girl behind the bar in sloan should have this quest with the deathclaw eggs and such, but I get the same thing with her rather than getting into her standard dialogue. 

 

 

 

 

 

I figure it has some utilitarian  use to be able to have sex through dialogue with generic NPCs, so I thought it might be Smallertalk, but disabling that didn't get rid of this, it just got rid of that people  approach me with idle conversation after I talk to them

EDIT: The problem seemed to have been Slavers3, it's fixed now
