So I just installed the SL Framework and SL Matchmaker mods, but I can't seem to get them to work (animations won't play). My character and Uthgerd just stand on the bed, meshed together, making moaning noises. I did a check through FNIS and this is what I got:

Generator: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\Data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users\GenerateFNISforUsers.exe

Skeleton(hkx) female: CHSBHC (107 bones)   male: CHSBHC (107 bones)
Patch: "SKELETON Arm Fix"

Reading FNISBase V6.3 ...
Reading XPMSE V6.1  ( 0 furniture, 0 offset, 0 paired, 0 kill, 0 chair, 164 alternate animations) ...

All Anim Lists scanned. Generating Behavior Files....
0_master usage: 5.0 %   ( 0 paired, 0 kill, 80 alternate animations)
Alternate Animation mods: 1 sets: 16 total groups: 30 added file slots: 170 alternate files: 164

Creature Pack not installed

211 animations for 2 mods successfully included (character)
 1 Warning(s).

I have all the required addons, so I'm confused as to why this isn't working. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm also a little confused as to how SL works. It does nothing on its own, so why are there animation options in the MCM? If these are merely gateways for other mods (animation ones I guess?) what are those mods? I searched the download list and I've seen no overall animation pack that includes the animations in the SL MCM menu. Again, any help will be appreciated, thanks for being patient.

Which Mod Manager are you using (are you using one?)?  If you are using Mod Organiser are you running FNIS from within Mod Organiser? If you are using Mod Organiser tools such as FNIS, LOOT should be run from within Mod Organiser so it can manage their output.

SexLab is the framework that, in simple terms (the only terms I know :shy: ), manages the playing of animations when they are triggered by other mods. Rather than have every modder have to write animation code for every mod they do SexLab handles it ... That's why animation controls and options are in the SexLab MCM, its centralised.

Hi there. So I ran FNIS through MO this time, but unfortunately I'm still getting the same warning, and a pair of unsolvable errors to boot now:

Generator: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users\GenerateFNISforUsers.exe

Skeleton(hkx) female: CHSBHC (107 bones)   male: CHSBHC (107 bones)

Patch: "SKELETON Arm Fix"

Reading FNISBase V6.3 ...

Reading SexLab V1.62 ...

Reading SexLabCreature V1.61 ...

Reading XPMSE V6.1  ( 0 furniture, 0 offset, 0 paired, 0 kill, 0 chair, 164 alternate animations) ...

Reading ZaZAnimationPack V6.1  ( 26 furniture, 29 offset, 0 paired, 0 kill, 0 chair, 0 alternate animations) ...

All Anim Lists scanned. Generating Behavior Files....

mt_behavior usage: 22.1 %   ( 26 furniture, 29 offset, 0 chair, 0 alternate animations)

0_master usage: 5.0 %   ( 0 paired, 0 kill, 80 alternate animations)

Alternate Animation mods: 1 sets: 16 total groups: 30 added file slots: 170 alternate files: 164

Creature Pack not installed

2235 animations for 5 mods successfully included (character)

 1 Warning(s).

Any idea what this is? Also, if this all works out, is there a directory with all the animation plugins for SL that you could point me to? Or are they already here on LL and I'm just being thick?

EDIT: Nevermind, everything works now. Thanks so much for the help. :)

Emphasis added above.

You do NOT have the proper skeleton. You WILL have problems with mods expecting a modern skeleton.

You need to install: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/68000/?

And yes, that skeleton is compatible with your currently selected body.
