Fix perk names in skyrim?

So i tried out a perk overhaul, i think It was skyrealism one, and what happened was that my perk tree names got all messed up like this:

I tried to reinstall the mod, uninstall it, doesn't seem to work

I even tried a new game, it doesn't seem to change.

So I am wondering, is there a way I could reset these without reinstalling skyrim itself?

Are you running the 60fps interface mod? If so, scrap that and it should fix the issue. If it doesn't, can you post your load order.
