Mod Organizer's left pane weirdness

I have no idea why but I booted up Mod Organizer today and some of the mods on my left pane were like this:

 

Then, when I click the small 'arrow', it opens up a bunch of my other mods from a drop-down menu:

 

Does anyone know why and how I can revert this? It was like this when I booted it up even though I've made no such changes.

I believe you clicked "CAtegories" on the bottom of the left side by the "name filter" Just click the drop down and select "No Groups" and you should return to single mods again.

at the bottom of the pageyou will see a namefilter in the box next to it change it to "no groups"
