(request) Panty to the side

I have been searching for an accessory mod like this for a while and I haven't found it anywhere nor has it been requested.

 

Simply put, I would like to simple panty item where it moves to the side and showing the crotch area.  If it is compatible with SOS for females, that would be great.

i think there are steps to modify any panty part of an armor , to look that way
