Oblivion has some TS mods. Most of the mods are made by Happysparkles on here. I don't think there is any Female to Male though.

Skyrim has the most though. You can find lost of customization for it on Skyrim.

There is a female to male mod on here somewhere you can just look for it in the downloads section for Skyrim.

 

FONV has 1 I think but I haven't looked into it much since TS content has little support when it comes to Fallout. FO4 barely has anything at this point but it has some F2M content but I doubt it has gone far by this point, the game is still new for modding.

Totally untapped market IMO... Would love to see more adult TS themed games.

Fenoxo's text games (Corruption of Champions and Trials in Tainted Space) allow you start as one sex and transform yourself via magic and drugs/surgery respectively into nearly any combination of physical traits and bodyparts.
