For some reason when i want to have a message in the spa center i pay, but sims don't lay down , nothing happens?

Congratulations you most probably have one or more mods which alter the sim behavior, the massage action, autonomy, traits or a combination of those.

If you expected to get help with your post ... tough luck to say the least.
