Convenient Homstead Crafting?

Cheers,

so i recently found my way back into Skyrim and decided to finally use one of the hearthfire homesteads as main base. Now for mal last few "playthroughs" i used a modded Breezehome, which had storage chests that automatically dumped all crafting materials into your inv when you opened a crafting station, and put them back into the container as soon as you left the station. I searched for a mod that did the same to the Heathfire homesteads but came up empty.

Does anyone know a mod i missed or can suggest a workaround?

Thanks

I believe this will be problematic due to the way those Hearthfire containers are implemented. You'd have to add something like the merchantchests for storage to the small house layout by default, but your craftingstations are mostly in another cell, the cellar, so you'd have to have a copy of this thing there... might cause severe bloating and other stuff.... I am almost inexperienced at creating mods for skyrim, though I do understand more than a few things about programming, those years at university better not be wasted entirely... Given that skyrims engine is sketchy when it comes to moving inventory to other loadcells.... meh... you may get a mod for the cellar, but not for the entire house, that would need it to be one loadingcell.... I believe...

Oh man,

I think there was a mod that actually made it so that you could just drop an item into the containers you wanted to link together.  That way at least you could link all of your crafting storage.

Didn't download it but I know that you should probably search "storage" rather than Hearthfire for a solution.

Somehow i never thought of simply searching for "storage"... This was the first hit and while its not exactly what i was looking for, dropping and picking up stuff with two clicks is far more convenient than picking up everything one by one. Now i just need to somehow add this to the homesteads^^

Anyway, thanks a bunch for the input, much appreciated
