Problem with texblender

When I try to use texblend or texblendlite, The source doesn't show in the preview window, nor do the body textures, and when I attempt to blend, I get "failed to save file". When I try to open texblendlite without admin, I get a "failed to open color source textures\actors\character\female\femalehead.dds". Can anybody inform me as to how to fix this?
