How To Use OSex and OSA?

So I recently download OSA and OSex from the Nexus, using Mod Organizer. All of the esps are checked and I ran FNIS before starting. When I start the game however OSA does not show up in my MCM menu. How do I get it to show up so I can use it?

It doesn't have an MCM menu. Try pressing Enter on your numpad to open the menu.
