ENB Brightness question

So i decided to give Cirilla ENB a try and i have a little problem regarding the brightness of exterior days. The problem is my character practically glows outside i'll put a screenshot showing it. I was wondering what i can tweak to fix it. I am using ELE for lighting. (I know the ENB says to use NLA but that also makes my character bright)

Shift + enter in game and scroll down to [Environment] tab, look for DirectionalLight and PointLighting, there are few variables for Day/Night and InteriorNight/Day.
