How to add vignette/letterbox to an ENB?

HI

So i just found this cool enb preset that's performance-friendly/pretty enough for me

But i could use a bit more fps and i heard that adding black bars could help in that regard, i'm also quite fond of the effect.

I was hoping someone could show me how to apply this effect.

Open enbeffect.fx in your skyrim folder and look for //ENABLE_LETTERBOX_BARS remove // and your done.

This line doesn't exist in my enbeffect.fx , btw i'm not trying to remove the black bars but to add them
