Possible to make a player into NPC with tattoos and such?

Hello! sorry if this is in wrong section >.< ... So I have a new PC coming and will be able to truly enjoy skyrim finally! but most of the male NPCs I come across are aimed at gay males which is fine! more power to the creators.. or the they are gaunt vampy guys. Is it possible to use Tattoos mods from RaceMenu on a player character and some how then turn them into an NPC with the tattoos and such?

I don't know if this is what you're looking for but you could use

player.placeleveledactoratme 7 which adds a clone of yourself.

You could always make a character in the Creation Kit of course but i guess that's not what you're looking for.

 

Familiar Faces would allow you create a character and then turn him into a Follower.

Slave Tats allows you to apply various overlays to NPCs through a MCM menu but not the various overlays you can find on Nexus unless you convert those to Slavetats overlays first.
