Need help with MGS:V TPP

I can't switch weapons.

Well, sort of. The number keys (1,2,3,4) normally used for switching weapons no longer work. In the key-binds menu it says that 1,2,3,4 should work, but nope. I tried googling it but I couldn't find an answer. Please help anyone. On Windows 10 if that matters. I have tried disabling my HID's, but that didn't work. I have only got 10% of the game completion done, and this is really annoying me. I recently re-installed it to play, and the only way I can switch weapons is to hold down aim with RMB and press spacebar, which means I cannot use any sort of alternate weapon.

Rebinding the keys doesn't help? Also in case you have more than one language layout pack on your OS..be sure you/the game did not them switch by accident.
