Oh god... Sorry to say but your mod order and organisation is pretty messed up :-/ :

1. Every mod with a grey icon is redundant (meaning it won't change Skyrim in any other way)... This is because mods with the same files will be overwritten. Turning the grey icon mods on/off won't change anything.

2. Your skeleton is overwritten (which probably caused the issue). Realistic ragdolls and force has to be installed before XPSME. You need to make sure that no other mods overwrite the skeleton (which can be done by changing the priority). But since you have installed XPSME manually ,you need to uninstall XPSME manually and then install it using MO (I repeat don't let any other mods overwrite XPSME)

I think that will fix your ''breast problem'' or at least make some progress  ;)

EDIT: If you need more help PM me.

Is the XPSME and XP32 the samething? Do you know how I can uninstall XPSME manually? Is the "unmanaged" mods on the top of my list needed?

Im new to modding so im really confused.. ;(

bwhahaha...definitely the pictures say you have a skeleton issue. right off the bat, even before your other woes.

to answer your question, xpsme is recommended for loverslab users. xp32 is a more...uhm...straightlaced version.

"unmanaged" mods are the vanilla game bits you can't modify....i'd ignore that

ermagurd. *shoots self* welcome aboard. you've got half a dozen completely totally absolutely conficting mods, and some missing essentials (unless you did something screwy like install FNIS manually)

Delete the "manual" fnis and use the one you installed trough mo.

Edit: If i remember correctly the sevenbase body mod overwrites a skeleton nif so you may want to get rid of it.

No guarantee, that is what my data folder looks like:

http://prntscr.com/c6tgzr

It might work if you delete everything else and install it via MO. But if you do it wrong (and i never tried that myself), you'll probably need to un- and reinstall Skyrim completly, then use MO for everything except SKSE, FNIS and Loot, configure MO to use them all etc. But the only other way i see is to reinstall Skyrim without even trying to fix it, so it might be worth a try.

PS: xpmse is x32 extended. So if you see x32 it's not necessarily the wrong one, just use the extended version.

Delete the "manual" fnis and use the one you installed trough mo.

Wouldn't be important as long as the skeleton at the end of MOs install order, then the skeleton will overwrite the body.
