ENB causing Blue shadow in the Oasis, what's wrong?

I've been trying to get an ENB for the Oasis but for some reason every single Enb i use gets this weird Tint like this one. The shadows are blue for some reason as well as intense fog.

HRK ENB (deep blue shadows sometimes, thick fog)

Project ENB (paler blue, mostly unnocible in the afternoon and morning but doesn't present a tropical feel still, i need to brighter)

Anyone know how to fix  more orange or clear like on some other peoples screenshots, or can at least make project ENB more brighter and kind've orange  in this area. Or even a mod that would work well with Oasis. Also i'm using ELFX and CoT if that means something as well.
