btw, to the OP:  if you read fore's FNIS stickied posts in his comments section on nexus, he says

Half-T pose of all characters (or other strange animation bugs despite correct FNIS generation). Sometimes the Skyrim cache is messed up for unknown reason. Run the Steam VerifyCache: Steam Client -> The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim -> "Right mouse button" -> Properties -> Local Files -> Verify integrity ...

FNIS mods First Aid Instructions for Mod Organizer users

MO is a very intelligent and helpful mod manager, and makes many things so easy. But it also includes some traps that are very nasty. FNIS has a lot of error and warnning checks, right? But due to the structure of MO, FNIS is rather helpless against these pit-falls. So if you experience unexplainable usage problems with FNIS mods under Mod Organizer, then check and do the following steps.

  • Remove the following files and folders (necessary only once)

meshes/animation*.txt
meshes/actors/character/behaviors
meshes/actors/character/animations/*FNIS* (folders)
scripts/*FNIS*.pex
(Explanation: these remnant files are from the time when you used NMM or manual install. In case you make make a mistake using FNIS under MO, they can make you believe that everything is in shape and render FNIS checks useless)

  • In the left MO pane, have you unticked the FNIS Overwrite mod before running FNIS?
  • You didn't forget to run FNIS, did you? :)
  • Have you taken care of ALL warnings and especially ERRORS in the FNIS generator window?
  • After FNIS generation, did you create an FNIS Overwrite mod (called "FNIS Output", for example)
  • PCEA2: did you check meshes/actors/character/animations/FNIS_PCEA2/PCEA2_Overview.txt to see what is actually included?
  • Did you tick "FNIS Output" in the left pane before starting "SKSE"?
  • When the game starts, you didn't get any error message boxes which you simply clicked off?
  • If you have run your current save already with an older version of the FNIS mod: did you make a clean(ed) save? Especially when the old version has had issues.

If made all this, and you still have (strange) issues
  • Post your problem in the FNIS POSTS thread (I will NOT help by pm)
  • Add the text of the generator output to your report
  • And PLEASE: make a PRECISE description of your problem, including an example I can try to reproduce. I can get very nasty on posts like "My animations don't work. Is there a fix?"

fore himself has had such trouble running MO under windows 10 (see his sticky post in comments on fnis nexus page) that he has stopped support of MO and recommends NMM.  i'd rather chew my arm off than go back to NMM, and i was smart enough NOT to install that stupid free windows 10.

I've run MO on Win10 for a long time now,

and there have never been and will never be any problem because of Win10.

-Atleast not for me.

knock on wood, buddy. lol

The mod xo3dbf what mod is that?

Is it this mod?

I did se your loadorder.

Question to OP.

Do you leave the files generated by Fnis in overwrite mod? You dont move them to one folder called "your chars name"?

Whit respect to others. My self have found that it is easy to install Fnis in MO, but you need to do it correct.

You get all kind of strange errors if you install it wrong.

The biggest problem whit installing Fnis in your Skyrim folder is that you cant use MO:s best thing, different profiles and set-up's.

So sorry CPU don't agree whit you.

My self cleans my overwrite all the time, put the files that the game generates, in the folder I have named to my char I play.

Have one for body and one for Fnis/SKSE settings.

Do notice that in your Fnis report you have support for creatures.

But in your load list I cant see any creature framework. Did I miss something there?

i have posted my LOADORDER, the list on the right. the list on the right only shows .esp's and .esm's which FNIS Creature's doesn't have. that explains why it is not seen in the load order i posted

also, a quick update: i have changed the order of my load order with LOOT, it was incorrect but it sadly still doesn't work. i was wondering if it could be Papyrus, i know that there is a mod to extend these scripts but i haven't installed it as of now, could this possibly fix my problem?

You have Fnis support for creatures through sexlab. That is what the report says. It should not be any problem if you dont start that part in sexlab.

You can install more nasty critters for more support.

yes it is that mod

also, HOLY F*CKING SHIT!!! IT WORKS AGAIN!! i left the FNIS file's in the Overwrite mod and edited FNIS using the 'First Aid Instructions' mentioned above. i did a little test run and (after being afk for a bit) tested some devices form ZaZ animations AND DDi, both of the animations (for the Armbinder) worked this time and didn't make my character T-pose :D. you can't imagine how relieved i am that it finally works.

edit: also nearly forgot it here, thanks to everyone who has replied to my topic :). without these topic's (i also made one on Steam and the Nexus forums) i could'nt have fixed my problem. a big thanks to you all ;).

The fascinating thing about this, and i'm sure it wasn't directly involved in your problem(?), is that your original posted FNIS report didn't show any signs of FNIScreature installed. You didn't mention creatures either. I wonder why FNIS wasn't detecting your earlier install? i'm sure we'll never figure it out, and i suppose it wasn't your main problem (probably incidental to the fix)

I'm 100% new to PC modding
I decided to hop on loverslab and nexus and get myself some mods and I've been having issues with T-posing with FNIS. I don't understand much of what is going on in this thread, can someone dumb it down for me?
