Godray with Sun not Sync ??

First I thought it's ENB that I'm using.. but it's not... tried disable it, it's Ingame godray...

So I'm curious is this happen to everyone or just me ??

maybe its why they are called godrays and not sunrays

Yes I know that's godray, what I mean is, those godray not align/sync with the sun...

Those god ray is Higher than Sun...

Perhaps you can check my screenshot, the God Ray shadow is from behind the flyover road... not from behind the house...

That's what I mean those godray is not align or sync with the sun...
