About the new Fair Skin Complexion 8.0+ and Adorable Face 1.5

Hi guys... for the past few months I have been using these two mods together to get my character to look how she is. A few weeks back updates for these two mods were rolled out and I updated them; FSC from 7.9.1 to 8.0 and Adorable Face from 1.21 to 1.5. A few days later I realised that after updating these two mods, a rather obvious colour mismatch could be seen of my characters neck. Upon further testing, I found out that both of them, the new FSC 8.0 and Adorable Face 1.5 were both causing the mismatch. FSC 8.0 somehow made the neck mismatch really obvious compared to 7.9.1 (change in normal maps maybe?), whereas Adorable Face 1.5 had a noticeably more yellow tint to it than 1.21.

 

Anyone else noticed this too?

 

And for those still using these two mods together, what versions of them are you using?

 

For now, I've simply rolled back to FSC 7.9.1 and Adorable Face 1.21.

Noticed it too.

 

However with adorable face's newest updates it comes with with an included body texture that fits the face, so right now only install adorable face or fair skin complexion.

Or roll back to previous versions if the new textures don't suit you.

Yeah, I did try out the body texture from the new Adorable Face, but I didn't really like it. FSC just looks too good haha. Already rolled back and happy with it

at the fair skin page at nexus there is a "blank detail" or something file in optional download that fixes neck seam

I have tried that optional file, but it didn't work for me anyways :/

If you kept the last version prior to the messed up update, you can always copy and paste the old texture on top of the new one, then erase all but the neck so it blends in again.
