SO Animations not working "actor in use"

Once upon a time, there was a topic where SO animations stopped working because, at some point, a scene did not release properly. The "fix" was to run a "nx_setevfl" command in the console, specifying the "in use" flag. My offline notes of the command has got missing, and I cannot find an answer in the forums anymore.

 

1) My SO was working fine, then glitched. I am getting "Actor in use: 1" error in the console

 

2) My versions are all up to date, the load order is set per LOOT and works fine.

 

3) My last "working" save game was back far enough that I really don't want to back out to it if I don't have to.
