[Need Help] Having issue with the eyes or may be the Alpha Property

So it was working fine yesterday and today i installed SAM and SOS(for female) and the Ultra Realistic World Lighting mod

and in the game in certain angles my Characters close his/her eyes. Is there a way to fix it because after un installing these mods the issue remains the same.

 

edited: Or may be the issue is with the Alpha Property, see in the video the nipple cover is using the alpha property and it also disappears. The eyes also use alpha property as well as the hairs.
