CBBE Headback Texture Glitch

I did some digging and apparently this one is quite infamous and I've seen a lot of posts about saying 'Make sure the material files are there' or 'Make sure CBBE.esp is activated'. Well at this point I have done both, even checklisted the files one by one, and the texture at the back of the neck still stands out as a different shade, darker (Not purple or anything).

Is there any fix to this?

-Edit- I fumbled around and checked the CBBE.esp file and found references to a file not included in the original installation:

Actors\Character\CharacterAssets\FaceParts\FemaleheadRear.nif

That file path indicates this should be in meshes, but there is no \faceparts\femaleheadrear.nif. There IS however a 'FemaleBody.tri', which after some research I found to be a file used by bethesda for its models. I'm wondering if perhaps that is related to this issue. I dare not edit the .esp to point towards that file because I don't have the right tool to open the .esp and save it. I've opened it with notepad to take a look but if I save through notepad, I'll likely break it.

I don't recommend using this fix, it's a workaround that will confuse the hell out of anyone not experienced in modding when he wants to use custom body textures.

The FemaleHeadRear.nif doesn't need to ship with CBBE, as it's untouched and comes inside of the vanilla "Fallout 4 - Meshes.ba2" archive.

The CBBE.esp only works for the player, the above works for both but I hate its method.
