If anybody haas a quick second to look at my load order and see if anything maybe causing my CTD?  I usually have to load my game around 5 to 10 times before I can start playing.

I don't Loot too much because I heard it sucks for SL mods and when I do it makes things worse sometimes

First , you should LOOT and if you are dissatisfied how it places your Master files, move them up or down manually (this is what I do). As for esp files, it does pretty good job.

Second, some of the mods you have requires "Aroused redux" mod which you don't have.

Install it, sort your mod order and let us know. :)

Are you using 'Crash Fixes' by Meh321? Are you using an ENB?

It's quite usual for Skyrim to refuse to load up a saved game, even if it is perfectly fine.

Either, you have a look at the guide I have in my signature, as it improves stability and performance a lot, or you use the usual workaround: Start a new game, save right after character creation, or right after you left the cave, it doesn't matter, just make sure it is early into the game. (an interior cell might work too) and use this savegame to 'boot up' your actual save.

So whenever you start Skyrim, you load the save you created, and from there you load your actual game, and it should load just fine. After that you should be able to load whichever save you want without Skyrim crashing.

Using the Crash Fixes however, could even solve the whole problem for good. I just realized it did so for me. I was so used to the 'pre-load' procedure, that I didn't even check it out, but when I loaded my actual savegame first by accident, it loaded fine. Doing so on purpose, just to see if it was just luck resulted in a perfect loading too. So I'm now freed from the whole work around thing.

And finally, note that your load order is contained and saved in your savegame's file! Fiddling around with it too much midgame, adding and removing mods like crazy might also cause problems, or even break it.

A papyrus string count that exceeds the hard coded limit causes a savegame to completely break too. But looking at your mods you should be way far from that. If you're interested in that kind of stuff, there's an interesting thread about 'how Skyrim breaks savegames' in this section. :)

As for your loadorder:

I've seen people suggest that Schlongs of Skyrim should be loadad before Sexlab, both, esm and esps. I followed that advice and it seems to work just fine. Also, if you happen to run into problems with your creature stuff - it says to load More Nasty Critters before the other mods on the installation page, that's right, but if you experience problems due to that, you may also load it after the other creature mods. (Nude Creatures and Hentai Creatures - if you had the least.)

Then, always load Sexlab animation packs after Sexlab Animloader, but as far as I can see having a quick look at your load order you're already doing that fine. (or don't have any packs installed - I just had a quicky on your LO ;D)

Anyway, so far my 2 cents on that. My Skyrim loads and runs perfectly fine, even with a whole bunch more of highly scripted and animated mods, both on my Win7 and Win10 installation. ^^

Thank you for that advice guys, i'm trying it now but will have to spend more time and check out crash fixes and the guide.  What is an ENB.

I did try to load the first game coming out of the cave and that didn't improve anything I still had to try and load about 10 times before it finally catches

An ENB is a little program you install into Skyrims root folder, that will improve the game's performance a lot. You can also coose to use ENB with graphics (enable or disable in the ini file) For using it with graphics, there are a lot of ENB presets out there, that you can choose fro. Which ever matches your taste, or you can try and create your own. (This is different from SweetFX or GemFX!)

ENBs are specially designed for each game independently. If you need help on how to download / install / set it up, you can refer to to the S.T.E.P. Guide. (just google it if you have trouble to find it)

It may seem complicated at first sight, but it really pays out to invest a little time to understand why and how to use it.

If you can't even load a new savegame, try safety load. :) And don'T forget about the guide and ENB stuff and what not, it really improves your experience with the game.

Wow, so what a difference installing Aroused Redux, almost no CTD when loading.  I don't fully understand what aroused is, th eonly SL mod I use is Defeat and SOS, creature, so not sure exactly what aroused does.

Whatever it does it sure elimated a lot of crashing

lol ... I think I know what it does but my limited knowledge of English language prevents me to give brief explanation.

But, I would warmly suggest you to run latest LOOT. You will be even more surprised how well your game will run. ;)

Well Aroused makes your character aroused, off course. :D

The less sex you have, the more your arousal rises, and the more you are aroused, the weaker you become in combat ant stuff. So just have sex whenever you can to keep your satisfaction up and your arousal low. xD

It's just one of these Tamagotchi-mods I try to avoid, although the idea behind it is great.
