RaceMenu Presets not loading/showing up.

I'm modding my Skyrim for years now and I never realized that my saved and downloaded RaceMenu presets are not showing up.

I tried googling for an answer but I had no success so..

 

There are basically no presets listed in game, but I can see them inside the folder.

Also I am able to save presets, but I'm only able to see the saved preset for the time I'm in the race menu, as soon as I close it - nothing.

If your are using mod organizer the presets are located at:  Mod Organizer/overwrite/skse/plugins/chargen/presets

I have 20 presets and only 1 shows up... I don't know either.

If you are using pre-sets downloaded from other people, open those zips up and check to make sure that those are in the correct locations, quite a few people do not include directory structure in their pre-sets, that could be part of the problem, at least for those pre-sets.

 

Your other option is to go though your data directory and look for jslot files, if you find any that are not in the data\skse\Plugins\CharGen\Presets move them there, although there are a few mods that use jslot files for their configuration, so you many need to be careful about moving every jslot there.  Also some of the older slot files no longer show for me either, though I think that is more something to do with my set up, because as far as I am aware they should still show.

 

If that does not work, then it could be worth while checking to make sure skse and racemenu are installed properly, though as it seems to be working for you that seems not to be a problem.
