Replace A Race

Hello I have the mod Furry Age of Skyrim and I really like it; it changes all the races into anthropomorphic races, mostly into Khajiit, however, I would like to have a slightly larger variety and/or change some of the races around. For example: the Breton's are an ugly white wolf race, I would like to replace them with the Nezumi custom race, I would like to change the Orcs into Argonians, and the Redguards into the Kygarra custom race. I would really appreciate anyone's help but simply telling me how to do it would be fantastic. Thank you.
