can i use armors from the fo3 section on nexus in new vegas

IIRC, if they are acquirable only via the console, you should be fine. They might work even if they are added to lvlists. But if they add a chest to a specific house under a table, I do not know how they work then, you can still console them though.

 

To be on the safe side, save before install and do not overwrite =)

The meshes and textures themselves are fin, but the esp is is usually the issue, as above if it adds something somewhere to a FO3 location or List, its going to crash FONV, its pretty easy to learn to do in FNVEdit.
