What is the real purpose of the Adult Tag in the Nexus?

I've been itching forever to ask this and very soon this may come up in the NexusForums (yes i'm risking my membership there for answers)

 

What is the real purpose of the Adult tag if we can't upload photos of vixens that we created or dl'ed posing their hands covering their breasts?

What is the real purpose of the Adult tag if we downloaded mods like Caliente's Big Bottom Edition or DIMONIZED UNP bodies and we can't showcase its true potential?

Why release mods that show skimpy clothing if you can't even utilize it as art? (screenshots)

 

Maybe at this point i'm flaming my ass off but why place an adult tag in the image sharing section if you can't even upload a photo of someone showing skin? COVERED or UNCOVERED.
