No warnings from what i saw, though i do believe that ZaZ Animation may be the culprit

UPDATE:

I found the mod that made them go on their backs, and removed it. HOWEVER the broken walk and run animations for the women  seem to extend BEYOND mods themselves. Once I removed that mod, their walk animations were promptly replaced with dancing.

so i found the problem. i can't pinpoint it entirely since i was deleting a shitload of animation mods before testing the game, but It had something to do with the animation mods section in NMM. I deleted ones that may be incompatible with others, and reinstalled the rest, then i ran the usual mandatory programs to fix it all up in a bow (FNIS, PerMa, LOOT, and TES4EDIT for good measure).

 

The game now works fine. For future people looking for a fix to their same problem? Study all of your animation mods and look for and incompatibilities between mods, and updates for SKSE and Skyrim. Some mods are simply buggy so keep an eye out for that.

 

There is no easy fix, so just take the time to go through your animations list and test the game constantly between 'fix checks' never forget to run FNIS, and LOOT, and if you have perkus maximus installled, run that too.
