quest about the pregnancy mods please using body slider

my body is CBBE HDT now i read that in order for my belly to swell or scale up i would need to make max in body slider then build it or do i make it 10% then build for it to work ? or if i max the slider out, will the mods reset it for me and use it as accordling ?
