Pregnant Belly and Standalone Pregnant Dress

hi. im pretty much new and i wonder how can i add serana/bijins pregnant bellies.

i got this mod http://www.loverslab.com/files/file/511-psb-pregnancy-scaling-body-for-bodyslide2/ but it doesnt change the bellies of those characters.im thinking about getting the 2 files generated from the above mod (femalebody_0 and femalebody_1) and place them into seranas / bijins' folders replacing the current ones.but i fear they might just mess everything up from pubics to sweaty body and stuff. any tutorials?

and is there a standalone dress for pregnant belly?im using skimpy clothes and i dont want to change them.
