I cannot remove completely a mod (perverted perk)

Long time ago, I installed the mod perverted perk, but today I cannot get rid of this.
Let me explain: I removed all the files related to this mod but in game, I still have the voice once I use VATS.

 

How to delete perverted perk completely ?
