All mods that require SKSE will never work on PS4/XBone.

Actually it's quite impossible. The Ps4 system can't run external plugins (SKSE and related). Talking about meshes and textures: Unless your PS4 is modified, isn't possible too, as you'd have to browse into directories and folders as a personal computer.

Modding your skyrim on PS4 is NOT legal at this time and therefore not a topic we can allow on the forum.  Hope that they build in support with the new re-release of skyrim in October is all I can say.
